- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told my son needed his original birth certificate. I asked if he could go ahead and get ticket number (because the place was packed) I was told that he couldn't until he has all his paperwork. So we left and I was back in 10 min to be told since there are too many that they were not accepting any more people. No courtesy to let me know before I left. I work Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 and attend school 5:30 to 8:30 Monday thru Thursday. I left work early to try to get this taken care of on Friday and that failed now I will have to take off two hours earlier next week to get this done for him. Every hour of pay makes a difference for my family. They need to be open on Saturdays and open later on Fridays.By Stacy Ruiz, September 18, 2017
