    This place use to be great. This year sucked a$$. Paid good money to get my taxes done. Well the lady was rushing through not speaking clearly. Eating her breakfast while trying to talk to me. She was rude. Not doing this again ever. Next year I'll try H&R block. Plus after filling a complaint I was told my check was ready and waiting for me at the location. So I go to pick it up and no one is even here. 30 minutes late. So I call to find out wth is going on. They call me back to inform me my check is not there. Stupid people. Now time to call irs and find out what's going on. Smh poor customer service. I should have speed the lady and took my business elsewhere but no.
