- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We walked into this branch last week at 2:15 in the afternoon to open a new account. There was 1 customer at the teller window and no one else there. One of the teller's said she would get someone to help us. We stood there and waited and waited. In the meantime, my husband walked to the back to use the restroom. There were several people in offices, sitting there texting on their cell phone or surfing the computer. No one bothered to come out to help us. What would make us want to do business with Wells Fargo? Had a similar instance at another branch 3 years previously. Said we would never go back to WF but had thought we would give them another chance. Sorry we did!!By A Google User, March 30, 2017
