- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a review of ups more than of this particular store from which I shipped. I had a 500 dollar item shipped in the original unopened box and packed from the manufacturer. They shipped it and when it arrived it had a 12 inch triangle puncture in the box and it was falling apart. The item was very sturdy but looked as though it had dropped off a building. Ups could never have packed it as well as the manufacturer, as the item was in its original Styrofoam case...but they won't pay for the damaged item. It was marked fragile and handled with utter incompetence. Ups should take some responsibility for delivering any package in the condition this arrived. But I didn't buy their over priced box...so I have to eat the 500 dollars. So long ups.By Brandon Warren, July 27, 2017
