  I've always had an outstanding and relatively efficient experience at this post office despite the list of complaints that abound. It might come as a surprise, but this particular location is the 5th largest post office in the country, serving over 85 city routes with just a handful of carriers. My mail has always arrived on time if not early and without incident save one occurrence where the normal carrier was out with a broken arm for a few months and the replacement made an error, but one time out of literally thousands isn't a bad margin for any operation, especially a government ran one. I commend this post office and the men and women that staff it for a job well done and for being courteous in the process.

  The carrier in our area has lost over 7 different items. I have reported it to Eddie the supervisor at the post office every single time and nothing is ever done about it. Checks have come up missing and cashed. He refuses to do anything to the carrier and says he is doing his job. This last time which is going on right now my package was scanned 1 street away as deliverable and was not even my address. They never even made it to my street. How I found this out was by going to the Ross location and they helped me find where the carrier last had it. I really wish there was something you could do when the post office doesn't do their job.

  Do they answer the phone? I put in a hold mail and a sub delivered mail today. How do I get in touch with my post office if they don't answer the phone?
