  I would like to let everyone know that this specific location has ONE person workin and her name is Perla she is very unprofessional, rude, does NOT know how to do her job, lies, and needs to be fired!!! She told us we could have our truck back if we come up with more then half our balance in 3days, (she repeatedly told us the same info...3days in a roll) we come in on that 3rd day wit over $500, and we get told the computer won't let her refinance it, (over ride it...duh!) She calls her boss (Amy) and we get told that we have to have our payment in FULL or we can't have our truck.. what happened to the customer being right....not only tht but she should had stood up and claimed HER mistake and worked with us...NO she sat there and said "Ummmmm"... but thank goodness our gma likes us cuz she helped wit the balnce... and wen we returnd wit all the money she pulls tht stunt again.. sayin we don't hav to pay nethng at all to the towin plc and in reaity we did... I jus wantd to make sure tht every1 does not go ther..
